Riesling from the Great Southern region is known for its mineral, granitic and linear natural acidity; a razor sharp backbone that allows these wines to reach exceptional longevity whilst maintaining an almost otherworldly freshness.

Our Riesling is an expression of  two sites of hand selected parcels, from the  sub-regions of Frankland River and Mount Barker. The richer Frankland River spicy orange blossom and honeysuckle notes are given a mouth watering lift by zesty lemon and lime and grapefuit, compliments of the leaner Mount Barker style. 10% French oak maturation offers a subtle extension in depth and richness of palate weight.

The perfect accompaniment to freshly shucked, salty oysters.
